1. Enquiry & Due Diligence
Reach Out to Us
Contact Automark to express interest in listing your vehicle on the Automark Select platform.
Submit Your Documents
Provide us with copies of your vehicle registration card, ID, and TIN certificate for our due diligence. This step ensures your listing meets all Automark Select criteria.
Vehicle Inspection
Bring your vehicle in for a thorough 160-point inspection by our authorised staff. We'll check its condition, mileage, and quality to ensure it's up to the mark.
2. Paperwork & Listing
Set Your Price
We'll advise you on a reserve price based on the inspection results. We'll also determine the Online Marketing Price for your vehicle.
Sign the Agreement
You'll sign a Marketing Agreement with us outlining the terms and responsibilities for selling your vehicle through Automark Select.
List your Vehicle
Once your vehicle passes the inspection and meets all eligibility criteria, it'll be listed on Automark Select for a 90-day marketing period, subject to mileage limitations.
3. The Sale Process
Offers and Sales
We will handle the marketing and transaction management aspects of your vehicle. We take charge of connecting you with potential buyers, and once an offer is accepted, we facilitate all final arrangements.
Reconditioning
If necessary, your vehicle might undergo repairs to meet our standards. Any costs will be recoverable upon sale.
Finalise the Sale
Automark, acting as an agent, will sign the Motor Vehicle Sale Agreement with the buyer on your behalf.
4. After the Sale
Ownership Transfer
We'll assist with the transfer of ownership, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are smoothly handled.
Post-Sale Services
After the sale, we’ll handle the vehicle delivery and any after-sales support you or the buyer might need.
